After 3 attempts in one week just to schedule appointment, i never even got a call back. Say what you want about them, but this is not how you do business! P.S. At my 3rd attempt made myself clear this was my last request - simple as that.

I do not recommended this bank for car loan, before they apply for application they promise good low interest, of course before application you need open count and donate money for some institution, after I did open account they proceed with application. Next day they call from New Jersey office and they can not find my car on their system, after they put me on hold couple of minutes they tell me lot more higher interest they promise before. Do not waste your time and money, they just looking for money, they need you to open account and you have to donate money this is requirements. Very bad experience and not professional services.

I recently visited the Schaumburg location and I wanted to share how great the entire process was. With the current climate given the COVID-19 situation, not all banks/credit unions have been able to cater to the needs of their clients. However, from the moment I made it to the door, the process was as smooth and as clean as it gets. As far as the social distancing measures are concerned, there is plexiglass and markers for where individuals should stand. The entire staff, especially the manager, Bozena, were incredibly helpful and understood the severity and importance of providing their clients with all of the information they needed. A huge thank you to the entire staff there in Schaumburg.

Great credit union, have used their services to get a mortgage. Great prices for foreign currency, specially British pounds.

Excellent customer service. Quick help in completing the transaction. Nice and professional atmosphere.

Friendly staff, but services very unprofessional. I wanted to refinance my car loan. Before they processed my application I had to open checking and savings accounts, deposit money and donate. Then they denied my application. What a joke! Think twice before you start considering auto loans here.

I wish I can give them less than 1 star...it`s a big joke...a shame to call it a bank.
