Point Breeze Credit Union Mccormick Rd, Hunt Valley

I closed my PBCU credit card years ago. Suddenly, I got and email for a late fee about that card. I looked at the account the balance was $0.00. However, they still charged $10 late fee. I called PBCU, and I was told it was a mistake and everyone made mistake. Wow, the bank made a smart mistake. By the way, PBCU took money from my checking to cover the late fee.

This is a new building. Nice interior design. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My issue was resolved on the first go-around.

Great rate for our 2 vehicles, however representative was frustrating, I dont feel she was very professional at her job. She called with another clients info. As well She didn't seem to know what information was needed, telling us 1 thing then needed it a different way. Glad we finally got the loans at a great rate

Well I won't be returning to this location after today. I usually get good service but today I went in and a Caucasian teller was helping me well I gave him my money in his hand like ppl supposed to. He gave me my change and receipt on the counter as if he didn't want to touch my hand. Won't be back. The location need to train employees better customer service.

For a bank not to have digital app that allows transfer of money to an outside bank account is a little ridiculous. if you want to move money around you have to go to the actual building and have a check made out to yourself.

Refinanced my vehicle with Point Breeze Credit Union. My Consumer Loan Specialist was Fergie Bueso and the service was Excellent. Definitely, highly recommended and wonderful experience working with her.

Good things have to be shared before you forget. So, writing this review after a visit from Hunt Valley location. I went there to refinance my car loan. The place is nice. I got very good response from front desk. I want to mention that Gabriella and Chris took care of my loan application. Answered all my questions and clarified my doubts. Thanks to both. Customer service was good and satisfied. Thanks again to the team. Well done.

I've used this branch as my primary bank for a very long time now, and I've never had a bad experience. The tellers are always friendly, and the service is quick. Even when I've run into trouble opening accounts or setting up a debit card because I was inexperienced with banking, the staff was always extremely helpful and has walked me through each process.

Recently refinanced my car loan at this location. Many thanks to Karla and other staff for the great customer service!
