Working with Abraham was one of the easiest experiences I've had with a mortgage broker. He was very patient with us while we collected paperwork to get the process started but once we were ready, he was firing on all cylinders. From the moment we took the app, it was as if we were the only clients that mattered even though I know how busy he truly was. He promptly answered questions, delivered paperwork, and closed our cash-out refi in what I would consider record time. I especially enjoyed the explanation videos, regular communication, use of e-signatures and the overall simplicity of the process. This was the best refinance or house purchasing experience I have had. Abraham called me out of the blue to offer me rates after BECU ran my credit score for a refinance. I spoke with him and decided to give him a chance because his interest rates were so much better. I am so glad I did. He is extremely responsive and professional.
