    This bank branch has the slowest service I have ever experienced. Every transaction by the lone teller had to be approved by another person. It took three employees to figure out how to help the person in front of me. Then a fourth person went to people in line publicly and loudly asking what we were there for. Then instead of just stepping up to the window, dhe wanted to show me how to do the transaction online. Rude, predumptious and inefficient.

    Worst branch in the Seattle area. Always a 15+ min wait. Completely understaffed. Terrible service.

    i opened a checking account so i could withdraw money in Cle Elum. The first time I went to draw money they were closed on a midweek closed. they told me to go to Northbound. to some other bank. I went Ellensburg they said they could not give me 2 thousand dollars because they did not have enough money in the bank.. so finally I said well just cats out my account them I had 7 thousand at the time so they finally cashed the checks I had

    This is funny stuff 😂 I brought my Chinese fiancé to Wells Fargo to open a checking account so she could receive a money wire into her account, (Issaquah WA branch) So only has drivers license, (Her passport was stolen) so the banker says 'she's out luck' no two Id's no account, she is depressed. We drive to Safeway grocery on Gilman Blvd she sees Umpquah Bank. She goes in while I'm waiting, 30 min later comes out with new account and folder with all documents and swift # for money transfer. Now the happiest person in the world!

    Love this branch! Love that they have drive thru. The lines can get long at times but majority of the time I go, I’m there less than 10 minutes. Friendly staff

    The needing an appointment to enter the lobby is getting extremely old! Come on WF! Other banks have figured out how to operate with Covid-19, why can't you? Only option is a very long drive thru line, I always seem to get stuck in the middle behind a business customer, when a new slot opens I'm too wedged in to move over to it. Thankfully I have other banks I can use.

    I mainly use the Drive through ATM since I get off work late, yet when I need to go a Wells Fargo everyone is courteous with helpful in whatever I need. The line is usually not too long to wait and I am able to get my banking done fairly quickly.

    Absolutely worst service ever with exception of one teller. Consistently bad experiences. Poor communication slow service and rude people.

    Very rude people. I was trying to get help with Wells Fargo Advisor in this branch, all I was told is I’m not their customer and Wells Fargo was another company.

    The lady at the entry way on the desktop on the left side it's rude she looked at people how you are dressed up and than if she likes the person she will talk to you or them but if she don't like the way you dressed up than good luck trying to get something out of her ( help )
