PNC Bank W Front St, Plainfield

Very nice bank on the inside. Modern looking office. My banker was really cool too. The whole time we were there people were giving the employees an attitude and they still stayed professional. Tough area to work in. (my neighborhood, I'm not an outsider lol)

Terrible service i come in everyday to deposit for the business .. when i used to go to the old location it was a fast and easy service in and out within 5 minuets . Now im here everyday for at least 30 minuets . And they dont care that people have to wait so long and they prefer to be understaff and rather send you to another branch

waste of time . dont know how to read a sign in sheet and follow it . dont make sense . the other location was set up better and actually knew how to attend people when walked in . the wait is unbelievable, definitely waste of time

The bank is good, it hurts the service of its lousy workers since 3 in the afternoon they are all almost at the door asking God not to get anyone to get out of there I don't know why they have those people there if they never help is the last straw have it at one for up to half an hour to finally tell you that you will not be able to live your entire life have the system blocked or perhaps the bank is not enough to fix that? Too bad that not all people take the time to write their discomforts in that blessed place because many people leave the place unhappy

Customer service is the worse in this branch. Ive called so many times to get in contact with one of the branch member "Jessica" ive left messages with team members and waited for a call back and NOTHING. Especially with a matter that was an emergency for me and my mother. Either she's "training" , "with a customer" "left for the day" it's a whole mess of excuses. I dont recommend this branch at all, my family should have just dealt with th branch in Greenbrook NJ. Friendly & respectful employees.

The bank open at 9.. at the moment is 9:21 am.. the dont open the lobby yeah but all of then having coffe and making jokes what a waste of time

The ATM's are loaded with cash at the most inconvenience times of the day, there's always only two tellers and there isn't any banking terminals at the teller stations.

Wow. They really have to do something with this branch. ATMs do not have cash on weekends, the workers are lazy and disrespectful, they leave much to be desired to be a place where people trust them with $$$ ...
