Capital One Bank US, Plainfield

I fill the withdraw slip for $6700 to withdraw from account on ( 02-22-22) Tuesday about1pm the teller handed me $6500. Why ? 🤔I’ll not recommend This bank to anyone. People work really hard to get money And this lady just want to take $200 from me. SMH

One of the worst location capitol one has, the employees never help out and are quick to give you the round around as long as they do not have to work.

Extremely rude service then they had the nerve to ask why I’m withdrawing money . My money that I deposited in an account , never been asked such a stupid question . Really rethinking using this bank all together.

I walked in this branch no one behind the counter greated anyone that walked in and told us that we would be helped in a few. There were two employees helping one lady and all the other tellers were in the back office which sounded like they were hanging out. One teller finally looked up and said " what are you doing?" Not hello how can I help you? The worst bank service I have experienced yet.

After banking with this bank for over 15 years, today I had one of the worst experiences ever.went to make a withdrawal from savings account and was told that my driver license and credit card wasn't enough I need a one time verification code from my phone my phone wasn't with me at the time .had to wait for someone more helpful to approach

Very unprofessional service from my experience in that branch and because of their bad service that I received i lost the time frame to close a good deal. Opened an account a couple months ago and now i am working on closing it.

While the banking is easy its getting ridiculous as to how far you have to travel to find a branch! I used to have 3 near me now the nearest one is 18 miles away.

Horrible customer services the a machines knows more that the tellers and is nicer too .. the Indian lady working there she’s not only nasty to the elderly but to everyone that walks in she should be fired she’s clearly not happy with her job is a shame ...

I was at the Capital One North Plainfield branch this morning. I had an issue I needed help with and all 3 tellers went above and beyond to help me. I really thought they would not be able to help me but they did everything they could do and more. The customer service demonstrated was outstanding!!!! David and team thank you!!!!
