PNC Bank S Pebble Beach Blvd, Sun City Center

Had an issue trying to open an account at Chase (of which I already have one) I called this PNC (where I have also been banking with forever). The branch manager Jason was incredibly friendly and has me come right over to help. The banker Janet was wonderful to work with. Such an incredibly freaking experience in comparison. Highly recommend anyone looking for banking to come here!

I went to sign a document to Link my personal account to my business. After waiting for someone to help for more than 10 minutes. (3 people in the office at that time no customer waiting) I decided to leave and then is when one of the employees came to me to see how can they help. Well the document can not be sign if the Manager is not there and it wasnt . So I left my contact information and Still waiting for someone to get back to me. In the meantime since last week I continue without being able to do transactions between my accounts.

The cashiers are very nice to talk to and can hold a conversation while doing whatever it is you're there to do. Very nice on the inside too.

Staff is super helpful and accommodating, been banking here for 7+ years and haven't had a single bad experience where they didn't help.

There always seems to be some problem there, not enough people to help you, the ATM is out of order, no one is in the bank that can answer the question you need answered, and try calling them directly, virtually impossible, no one ever answers the phone.

Our former bank was purchased by PNC and I was worried it would be a difficult transition. Jason, the branch manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly in getting us setup on their systems and updating all information. The mobile app is user friendly and makes easy work of depositing checks remotely.

This location has parking for golf carts due to so many in the area, which is really cool. They have private banking here and several offices if you need to discuss banking needs. They have cookies and bottled water for free too if you ask for it, ha. Otherwise it's like most other banks and is a large chain so easy access to accounts from various states. Friendly employees and fairly quick service for a bank.

I have never seen so much ineptitude in my life. PNC favorite saying "take a seat for a couple minutes", 20 minutes later and they still ignore you. I have made 6 trips to this branch to open a joint acct., it's been one month and I still can't access my funds. ..I'm so done with PNC
