PNC Bank Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg

This is by far my favorite branch. Every is always so helpful. As a hiring manager, I envy your hiring managers capabilities. I would typically name mention but honestly it is every employee there. Thank you for always being so helpful each visit and listening to me blab!

Good luck getting someone on the phone. Called and waited on hold for 10 mins to be hung up on.

Neither one of their ATMs ever accepts cash anymore. Ever since the PNC on colonial road closed it’s been like this. I drive all the way over to union deposit and I have to go in every time or worse, come back because they are closed. Then every time I ask about it they tell me it’s bc it’s being used more often. You would think by now after it’s occurs SO OFTEN that someone would anticipate the increased volume and make some changes.

Literally was the only car in the drive thru and it’s taking them more than 15 mins to give me my withdrawal. Get it together. Didnt even ask me how I wanted the bills.

Why does it take so long?!? The drive through is to be speedy. Every time I wait 30++ minutes to get service. Why?!? I wish my company would use a different bank.

Worse bank EVER!!! Do NOT use their Drive Thru, you’ll be sitting here for more than 15 minutes each time. They don’t even have the courtesy to check in with you between time or anything. You’re left to WAIT!!!

Attempting to close a safe deposit box there. Called for information, was told "the bankers" are not available, but then nobody returned my call. Underlying issue is a never-used safe deposit box. I'm sure there's some inconvenient way to close this without the key. Meanwhile I get charged each day- why would they help me?

The only reason i am leaving 1 star is because the 1 teller they had helping people was very nice and he couldn't help they are understaffed. Came here to get my check cashed and stood in line for 25 mins. There were plenty of people in their offices sitting but yet no one wanted to help the gentleman at the front helping inside customers and drive thru as well. This bank NEEDS TO HIRE MORE TELLERS!!

Not happy that they closed two PNC banks in the area and now have one drive in available (ok, one location two lanes). It is manned by one person and took me 1 hour 5 minutes to deposit money. Two cars ahead of me were there for 25 minutes each... C'mon PNC Bank, set a time limit!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK! The sales woman who u delt with was short g rude. She also lied to me about their "basic" Account. She said I needed a "virtual wallet" Because that is their basic account. And that is not true. The virtual wallet is a savings account & I only asked to open a checking account.
