    Worst bank ever. All of their policies are aimed at making things easy for them and difficult for the customer, for even the simplest transactions. I wanted to deposit money in my daughter's checking account. But since I'm not listed on the account this is "impossible" according to them. I'm a security risk. Their answer to everything is "that's just the way it is.

    Every time I call they barely answers the phone

    They have closed all but 1 drive thru. I'm 4 cars back ....... 1 customer just left frustrated. There are 2 ATM MACHINES not even being used. What a bad business decision from PNC. I will definitely be closing my accounts and go to some place more convenient.

    Terrible wait at drive through!! The set up of parking lot only allows one car at time to get to 3 possible service areas. Horrible!!
