Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to the Allison Park branch. The staff there is so much more helpful than this branch. I don't even know how people have given this branch five stars, must be friends of the branch or workers. Was thinking of closing my account and switching banks, luckily I talked to Allison Park and they fixed everything for me and were extremely helpful. This branch made me feel like I, as the customer was wrong and the teller was so rude. Found out, I was right and the other Branch helped me out. .

Awesome customer service! I also love how fast bank to bank transfers are completed. Only thing they need to improve is the outdated ATM machines.

WARNING: If you don't want your credit ruined due to negligence, your bills not paid on time, and to spend 20+ hours of your life fixing all the mistakes this institution will make, don't bank here! Their solution to this was to give me $98 which barely covered the late fee I incurred and the interest I was charged.

They helped me setup my business entity with government forms filled and filed. Free checking account, other freebies. They made simple things that I had asked and researched elsewhere to no simple answer. They simply could not have been more helpful. I have never had this level of service anywhere else. I had no prior dealings with the company or any of the people. Just good honest service.
