One banker only, you wait for 30 min, they go inside and you have to wait another 10 to 15 min. Trying to open the account online, website msg only us citizens can open account online. You are a us citizen and you ask your self if they determine that by looking at your name. And we thought algorithm won’t discriminate

They never seem to answer their calls. Was on hold for 30 mins till I gave up and just drove over there. I don't recommend this place!

You need to teach your employees to be efficient with faster service. This is the worst service I've encountered. I'm switching banks.And how sad that your branch manager doesn't see your rating on reviews. Corv19 isn't the excuse for long lines.

My friend quit this location during the highlight of the pandemic because she was being overworked and was the only banker assisting clients while everyone else was on their personal cell phones, or hiding in the break room. I went in to ask about my HELOC and the branch manager was in the back giggling with a banker over learning the lyrics to that new WAP song. You could hear the music over the plexiglass. What type of business is this where the branch MANAGER prioritizes learning song lyrics with her subordinates over assisting their loyal members???

They are good team professional services attention to the people nice and friendly I'm definitely recommend it

I was turned away from the lobby by Alexandra for not having an appointment! I was in line for the drive up teller but it was 8 cars deep and I was on my lunch hour. 30 minutes and the line hadn’t budged. The lot is small and parking is terrible. I got down to make a quick deposit and the lady was rude. She told me I couldn’t come in because I don’t have an appointment. I sat in my car, outraged! A few mins later a guy with flowers walked up to the door and the same Alexandra girl opened the door, kissed him, and led him right in! I went back to the entrance and a diff girl opened the door. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me their manager was quarantining at home. Discrimination at its finest! Who’s the branch manager? I would like to file a complaint ASAP!

Not friendly at all and slow. I waited in line for over 15 minutes. The tellers are super slow. I thought wow this is great a compass bank right down the street from my job and was excited until I visited this one. I'll stick to the one in south park mall. They are amazing!

Parking is always a mess. Blue Nissan takes up 2 parking spots forcing me to park next door. Top heavy lady always taking videos on her cellphone when I walk in. Caught her and she was embarrassed. Don’t feel confident that BBVA is keeping my accounts secure with their employees allowed to take selfies while at work. Smh

Rude attendants. I'd much rather deal with a unemotional ATM. This bank needs a reup on staff, just because you're in the west doesnt mean we dont expect good customer service, "No Spare Customers" And if u don't like working with people, look for better jobs.
