I work very hard everyday but from time to time something will come up ;birthdays, doctors co-pay ect. When I need extra money I'll take my James Avery and Hector being always professional gives me a very good deal to help me out till payday. Irene and the girls always get me in and out very fast with no hassle. Thank you all for caring about the people in the community.

I went in the other day needing a loan to help get some repairs for my car. It was embarrassing to need a loan but the staff was super friendly and Mr.Wallace helped me get what I needed and a little bit more for my items, super nice team👍

Awesome experience with Monica today! She truly went above and beyond for my fiancée and I in finding what we were looking for at an excellent deal. Extremely knowledgeable from firearms to designer bags! They have a great selection and are really worth a visit!

Only good thing about this place is that you can pawn stuff that alot of other places won't take. The staff is rude. They DO NOT QUOTE anything close to what your jewelry(gold) is worth. I go there because it's open on Sunday. They basically take advantage of the poor community around them. They will try & force you to borrow more than you need so that you end up having to pay more to get it back or just lose it. Prices to purchase items isn't too bad tho..

Pronto pawn is the best pawn store I have ever been to in San Antonio byfar. The prices are Great for the items they sale. The amount loaned is Amazingly fantastic, Hector the manager is a very reasonable person, Honest, Albert is awesome , Monica is Super Fantastic and all the staff are such wonderful nice people, it's never a dull moment up in this place, yes it can be pack at times, they do get busy, it's a pawn shop, so you can expect that at times.. They always make me feel like family, I can count on them when it comes to my items or merchandise.. I highly recommend you bring your items to this pronto pawn.😊
