Ruth was SO nice and we had such a nice conversation as she helped me out.

Went there today, there are two tellers in the counter. Short hair lady is nice, but long hair lady is pretty mean. Not because what she said, but her attitude, the way she asking you for documentations and her face presentation make me feel really uncomfortable. Manager is helpful, even though she can't help me due to company policy. That is understandable.

You must give praise when praise is due! A huge THANK YOU to Damy Lott for your exceptional customer service you provided to me throughout my process with PNC Bank. Never once did I feel like a nuisance customer/bother, in fact she insisted I touch base with her that following Monday to make sure everything was 100%. I am completely satisfied with PNC Bank and there customer service!

Kathryn Garris does not help her employees she does not know how to balance her own activities and help her employees she’s very negative she should be a regular banker not a manager every one else here is great Kristen is great but the way Kathryn garris treats the Employees she should be FIRED!

Lived here for two years and always had great experiences. Whether it's just the drive through or walk in services, they've always been courteous and helpful. We had to get a money order moments before closing for the purchase of our home when we first moved here, and they were nothing but congratulatory.

i have had the most awful experience today. I see from the reviews I am not the only one. I have been a member of PNC back for 8 years, the teller was rude , didnt want to assist me didnt even say one moment, when i expressed to the other teller how i felt and how i felt like the young lasy was making faces, the same young lady i accused of making faces, came over and told me to go to the atm for calling them names ( all i said was this is crazy never name called) she dismissed me and I then went in , once i went in and asked what name was called, she threatened to call the police. A senior advisor helped me with withdrawing my cash because. it was well over the amount to get from the ATM, i heard the rude black teller ( I am black too , so no racial issues) she is just the only black teller, ive ever seen there, saying i will lose my job, so unprofessional. I am also calling corporate

Visited a branch on June 21, 2018 to close account that I no longer needed. Banker stated account would be closed the following day. However, account was never closed and nothing on file stating account closure was initiated. I was misinformed and disappointed with the lack of attentiveness. Account was charged a service fee putting the account in overdrawn status. I've never had an issue with PNC and have always spoke highly and positively about this bank. However, I have left the bank with a sour taste in my mouth due to the way the account was closed. It was negligent and probably would not return because of it.

Though when I first moved here, the tellers seemed a bit rude. I went in last month and you can tell there is definitely a shift in attitude now and it is more focused on actually helping the customer without being distracted.

Sometimes the ATM has money..... sometimes it don't.....🤔
