PNC Bank S Grand Blvd, St. Louis

Went up to get an instant credit card and to fix my misspelled name on my card and unfortunately for some odd reason changing your name IN BRANCH , IN PERSON doesn't take effect for up to 2 days which makes no sense. Also which prevented me from getting my instant debit card because of the name change. The teller did not inform me that I would have to wait for the change until he fixed my name. Now I have to wait until Monday to get an card! You guys wasted my time and energy I am unhappy and plans ruined. Thank you so much.

I would not recommend this place or dealing with the branch manager Milly Okutho. We went in to open a business account and after she found out I was coming out of a bankruptcy, she kept focusing on my fiance, opened the account using her credentials and kept talking to her about opening up various accounts like a credit card. She was dismissive and discriminating towards me the moment she heard about my bankruptcy. Then she proceeded to tell me how PNC would not give me a home loan for at least 10 years. Really!? We came in to open 2 accounts, a checking and savings, and she only opened up a business checking account and told us we aren't ready yet for a money market account only after she already opened up the checking account. Milly is not the kind of person I would recommend building a banking relationship with. After our 6 months is up, I will be closing all of my accounts and moving somewhere else.

Literally the worst branch in the city. the customer service is horrible. specifically that of the branch manage. I went in for a simple notary stamp, but they're incompetence, and indifference lead to me leaving. I plan on closing my account.

Has any one had a problem with this bank taking deposits & them not showing up as deposited? Then without the receipt they say theres no way of confirming the deposits?

I have been banking with PNC for several years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are the Best!!

Wanted to open an account for myself and also for the rental properties because it’s close to where I live now, but it closes at 3 which is crazy as is, the hours aren’t updated on google, the intercom is broke or the security guard was too lazy to answer, signs say get out and scan a QR code and wait before entering, and I see others find this place horrible. My partner will be closing their account as well because this branch is just wack.Q

Someone attempted to carjack my wife in the parking lot in broad day light. After running the guy off she went inside the bank to inform security. The response was appalling: The security officer stationed there said "Oh, yeah that guy has been around here before". We are closing our accountsand moving to another bank. It's unfortunate because the banker staff is personable. But why even pay for security when the most help you'll get is a shrug?

Great Customer Service, I wouldn't switch to any other bank. Great online banking as well. Only concern is that the drive through layout was poorly designed.

Worst bank ever do not put your money here they will eat it all.

Worst bank in the city. Lied to get my business and will immediately be closing my account and reporting them to the BBB
