I would look elsewhere. In the beginning, it was okay. They don’t greet you when coming to look at vehicles. The down payments that they want on the cars are not worth it. I would suggest bringing a mechanic. I purchased a car and put thousands of dollars into getting it fixed. The warranty is trash. I paid the vehicle off with a promise that once it was paid off I would get a new car with no money down. I should have did my due diligence and got that in writing. Dealer looked at me like I was crazy when I brought it up. I didn’t get that out of thin air. I would not recommend. Please keep looking.

DO NOT USE THIS "DEALERSHIP". IF you absolutely have to go here, try and find a salesman other than Pete. After a month of back and forth waiting on a vehicle they were "servicing" Pete refused to even run my finance check because my last 2 checks were 30 hours each (I work contruction its still winter so sometimes you miss a few hours for a bit). Pete said those were part time hours and it was my fault I only had 30 hours a piece on my last 2 checks no bank would accept that. Went to another dealership (2 Car Guys in Festus) and within an hour bought a nicer vehicle that wasnt marked WAY UP and with less of a down payment. The other dealership said, had Pete just ran my credit alone the 30 hours on each check wouldnt have mattered. I guess Petes pepto-bismol and subway sandwich that spread across his desk was more important that day.

They were on to talk to in the phone. Didn't have much info about the car I was thinking about. I tried to call, I wanted to go ahead with the car, had to leave a message, no one to date had ever returned my call.

I do not recommend this place. I called to check out a car and the person and website failed to inform me that you have to make a down payment with every vehicle. Now don’t get me wrong i planned on making a down payment but they have a set down payment. For the vehicle I was looking at required a $5000 down payment. I hope you don’t make the mistakes I did.

Sales person didn't greet us or even acknowledge we were there. So we left...never will purchase anything from them. Missed out on a sale.

Friendly customer service. Bring a mechanic with you to make sure you're getting a very reliable piece of Transportation!! Not all of their transportation is reliable. They try to fix your vehicle if you buy a lemon but you are basically playing Russian roulette. They're nice people to work with but, their cars are not always the best.🥺🥴😳

I had a salesman call me My phone died mid call oh he then turned around and text me leaving sarcastic remarks from his personal cell phone do not buy a car from them obviously they will do nothing but harass you Especially this dude named Jim

My husband and I were able to save up enough cash to pay for a car with it and we were able to make a great deal and get a car we really love. I will update the review if anything turns sour later, but so far so good! Bought a 2007 Honda. Also, I was able to pay with my debit card instead of cash, for a small fee

If I could do a negative star there wouldn’t even be enough stars in the universe to describe the lack of/ Non-existing integrity due diligence, Professionalism, most importantly transparency. Do as you please but just proceed with caution for ownership is the true definition of what you envision what you would think of the word Of a dirt bag used car salesman

I missed a huge opportunity to work here! I just pray that if the position opens up again that I am selected! The entire Westside, Northside, Eastside,City and County will support me. I'm used to selling 30 cars a month and I'm sure I could retire here. I've heard nothing but great things about this place!

Highly recommend if you have been on your job for a while, and may have credit issues. Purchased a car a yr ago and it runs good and in good shape. I just hate they only take cash and I have to drive so o far to pay my note

Called about a car with high milage that I wanted. Despite being disabled but in need, and having a respectable down payment to offer, plus almost $3000 income a month a top it that is verifiable. I was actually told because I'm on SSI the car down payment was a $500 increase from the website. I'm already approved for brand new cars off the lot at other dealerships. I called because they say no one walks and have cheap cars. But for $2000-3000 I can and would take a new car from another dealership. No real room to work with people. This place shouldn't be advertising services they truly don't offer much less discriminate against the disabled.

I’ve been buying cars from this dealership for 21+ years never had a problem with anyone. I’ve referred repeat customers to them. Very good people. Pete,Tony and Kristie are like family. I have just brought my two best friends to purchase a car within the past 4 weeks. Quality service and cars!!

They attempted to call me a liar when I told them I am medically retired from the Army. I do not recommend this place. I get "KKK" vibes from this place.

I called in advanced in regards to financing a car and they said they would be able to work with me, got there and they were very rude. Refused to work with me that day saying they’d have some the next day in the price range I was looking for. When I didn’t receive a call back I called and they refused to talk to me. Also note that they want half the price of the car down, so if it’s a 4000 car they want 2k down.

I just went there about a hour ago because I was interested in a Buick Lucerne. Initially no one even came out while I was looking at the car. I had to go inside to get them. Then, the guy brought me the keys and said “look at it, take it for a drive, whatever” and turned around to walk back inside!! Didn’t ask for ID, license, or anything!! I said excuse me, can you tell me about the car, talk to about prices? He replied with the price is on the windshield. This guy had Zero customer service skills, and very rude. He was more concerned with going back indoors than to “sell” the car. At that point I just said here are your keys. I actually told him he has no customer service skills. He replied “I been here for 20 years.” Shame!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
