PNC Bank E Gurley St, Prescott

PNC is nothing like BBVA was! I'll be switching to another bank come Monday! Went into the branch to deposit my paycheck and was told funds won't be available until Tuesday. For someone living week-to-week on a paycheck... Ridiculous that it takes 2 days to clear no matter how many paychecks I have from my employer. Ridiculous!!!

BBVA changed to PNC overnight. I am very sad, I loved BBVA. PNC is the worst bank ever. Are they even open in person??? They don't even answer their phone.

I've been with BBVA Compass since 2003-when it was still Compass Bank. I always feel welcome and find the employees knowledgeable, informative, polite and always provide service with a smile. Sad when some employees left due to change in family circumstances but happy they are replaced with employees that have the same qualities as previous employees and are also very personable and helpful. The manager is watchful of customer activity and needs and will leave his desk to greet the customers in line and take action to speed service along during peak times. During non peak times, offers a friendly greeting when I enter the bank lobby. I highly recommend this financial institution - hometown service with a broad knowledge of the financial industry.

Quiet and large building with customer friendly tellers and bank representatives. Just avoid lunch hour because there is usually a bit to wait when several staff go on their break.

This is a terrible bank in general. Not just this branch.

I had an account with them and someone deposited money into my account and took it out twice, bank froze my account and then closed it, sent my money via check to my old address when I gave them my new one a month prior, and I never got my money then everything shut down due to covid.

After waiting in line for over 15 minutes with a large sum of cash I was finally met at the counter. When I finally got there I was told that they would not help me count my cash and I needed to go home and count it myself before I brought it in. This bank is always short-staffed and the employees not very friendly. Needless to say I will be taking my money somewhere else.

Failed to mention you have too Qualify. Oh yeah sure we will take your money from you! BBVA IS A JOKE. I wouldn't bank there the staff are very rude.

They have only one bank teller on a late Friday afternoon.. there’s about 10 people in line.. poorly understaffed.. took about 30 min to make a transaction. I need a new bank.
