I had to write this review on how good the service and customer care are with this brokerage. We were having issues with the buyers purchasing our home. Our agent was there all the way to help us. We had some questions she could not answer, she called her broker and we solved the issue ASAP. We asked the agent if this the support you receive all the time and she said yes. Why she never be with any other brokerage in Prescott.
