Kim did a great job in assisting me with an issue. Friendly, professional, efficient, and effective.

I stop at the WB Township location to cash a check-I needed specific denominations of money. I waited 40 minutes in line and there were still 5 cars ahead of me. A customer service representative can to my car to see how my experience was. After explaining my experience and dissatisfaction with the time I had to wait and no other location on Saturday. He told me I can use the ATM for that and came over to the machine and assisted me. Very nice young man-David with great customer service qualities. He should be awarded for the great job he did!!!!

if someone gives you a check and you go to the bank listed on the check(PNC) you would figure you can just get it cashed since you are going to the source after 2 forms of ID (I can see that) but a $10 dollar fee are you kidding me. what a joke no wonder banks are going up everywhere because they smoke the hard working man or woman! never again stay away from here if you are in the same boat I was

Management needs to step in quickly and help this PNC . It’s horrible undermanned. Wait time is 45 min minimum to cash or deposit. Horrible waste. I am looking for another bank if they don’t shape up This is a horribly understaffed unit.You need a good 45 minutes to complete any task. Extremely disappointed

Worst bank ever. For some reason I always come here on a friday to pay a PNC Credit card. Always 2 teller. One working drive thru and usually a turtle working the counter. On a friday!! At 4pm!!! Wake up. Put more tellers on!!! Where is the brainiac bank manager?

Nice location. Friendly staff at the drive through. Very clean and updated look. Very quick service inside as well. They are quick to make sure everyone is taken care of. My partner and I met with a staff member to try to get a loan. I do not remember his name, but he was extremely nice. Very honest and guided us every way he could. Highly recommended.

Just signed up for a student banking account, and they could not have been more helpful, and kind! I knew nothing about banking, but John set me all up. They took so much time out of their busy schedule's to help me, and example everything to me step by step. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend went in to cash his check at this PNC because he has an account there and they wouldnt let him cash it because his jobs bank is different, and that the only way he can cash through them is with a 2% fee and if he calls in, and it wont be available until 7am because they are afraid it will bounce. But, the PNC 15 minutes away cashes it no problem. He opened an account at PNC with his last check... If that one didnt bounce this one wont. Fix your garbage place and get rid of your rude employees who send off customers and tell them to go to a different place when they have an account with PNC.
