PNC Bank Gault Ave N, Fort Payne

Fort Payne Alabama branch never answers the phone ever. When you use your debit card it's supposed to come out of your account right then mine did not show up until 4 days later and almost cost me an overdrawn fee which would not have been my fault. I wished I never went with this Bank now I don't have the funds to go with another.

Rude customer service ! There are other places to bank. Dont come here !

I’ve been lied too! I wanted to accomplish something very basic, increasing the withdrawal amount. Which is my own money. Every other bank I use it was a 5 minute conversation. However, it’s a week later, multiple phone calls and they have still not accomplished this basic task. They have lied to me multiple times. My coworker wanted to have the same thing done and it was done immediately If you want to use this bank be prepared to have your time wasted.

Seems no matter how busy the drive thru is, there's one teller. It's a shame. The one teller works as quickly as possible and is friendly but it is slow.
