PNC Bank Haddonfield-berlin Rd, Voorhees Township

I have been with PNC for years. They recently discriminated against my disability so now I need to take legal steps. Banks only look out for themselves. They don’t care about customers too much.

I only felt the need to write this review because of the amount of negative reviews I read today. I have been banking here for the past 6 months, however I have been an avid visitor having to replace multiple debit cards, scheduling meetings with them to make new accounts, and of course taking out cash. I never realized how much I took the ease at which I bank for granted. I have never left PNC disgruntled because of something within the employees controls. I feel as though all of the workers that have helped me really cared about my issues, and always worked diligently to help fix my problems. I find myself constantly comparing the employees of PNC's branch side/call center employees to those of other companies. PNC blows them out of the water every time. This effect resonates so strongly with me because I found myself today spending a full minute thanking an employee today helping with multiple disputes over the phone. When I go to this branch tomorrow to get yet another replacement card I have no doubt this process with be done seamlessly in minutes; hopefully I will leave there with as big a smile as I do when I typically leave this branch. closing remarks I guess I LOVE PNC.

Slow service and long lines. Even when cashing a small check such as $50. Drive up is really slow as well. Bring reading material with you for sure. I would close my account and move on but I can’t even imagine how long that would take.

For MONTHS I have been letting them know their ATM was not working correctly, not taking my paycheck (Republic Bank's ATM takes them EVERY TIME!), but nothing was ever done. This week, they got a brand new ATM. IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!!!! Time for a new manager who actually works for a living!

Just to let everyone that I have been with PNC Bank for a very long time in North East Philadelphia and never had a major experience with the Banks and now I live here in New Jersey. When I came here to live in Cherry Hill. One day I happen to see a PNC Bank right around the corner from where I live I stop in to have my account information change . When inside there was one of the teller's and I ask about having my personal info and they help me with a friendly smile and show me to see some one in the office and the person who was friendly too . That is what I called excellent service. Remember we are going through the Covid 19 so please be patient with the worker's. Fellow costumer and now I live near the one in Voorhees Township NJ. I went to the ATM machine November 25 th at 12 noon to put cash in my account I put my atm card in and then my money it started counting it and then the machine froze and said temporary out of service I went in to speak to the Pnc employees they said the machine is not there responsibility and I would have to wait 5 to 10 business dats with no receipt of my money it was 730.00 dollars that’s not a little bit of money I have checks coming out of my account I been with PNC since 1991 I’m very disappointed in the way it was handled
