I would highly recommend anyone to use Paul Galeski for their mortgage needs. He gave me amazing 10 star customer service and was on top of everything. As someone with no experience what so ever he was able to walk me through everything and make sure I was taken care of. I will continue using Paul for all of my lending needs in the future. I had Chris is my loan officer, he was extremely well knowledged with first time home buyers as well as the New Jersey down payment assistance program. He had super on point communication and knowledge and was willing to go out of his way to make things work for me. Would highly recommend it if you're using the down payment assistance program.

Allied is a great team to work with when your trying to buy a home. First time home buyer or not. They work with you. They answer your questions and can be reached on the weekend.

This is the second time I worked with Paul Galeski and his team. First time I was scared, it was my first time purchasing a house, but Paul really made this experience a nice a smooth one. They are very professional, they understand me, explain me every step, offer me many options and also recommend the best option to me. Paul, Kelly and the rest of the team made everything so easy to me. Now we decided to refinance and we went back to Paul of course because we felt very comfortable the first time. Nothing was changed, everyone was helpful like the first time, everything went perfect, they gave me the best deal on the market. Now if I will have to make another purchase or to refinance again, I would definitely go with them! Thank you guys!

What would have made this experience better if our lender was more involved and more organized in this process. Our lender didn’t know they had our file when our realtors reached out about the status of our loan. We were asked to provide more money and documentation the day before our settlement date ( CD signed) & didn’t even need the extra funds to close. Our lender bashed us on an email to our mortgage processor about not having the extra money to close on the house when we didn’t even need it all. I am happy that we were able to return the funds to our account but I don’t appreciate this misconduct of our lender and should have been dealt with in a different manner. I was told Allied Mortgage Group was a great lending company but my experience was totally different than the 5 star reviews that were provided. I wish this experience could have gone differently but I had to write this review so I can inform the next person of my mistakes.
