Both of us are senior retired medical professionals. We were really impressed with personalized svc since we switched all accts to PNC ~ 2010 after moving to NJ. Now having problems. e.g. Twice in 2 yrs have been refused notary service--THIS BRANCH!--for important documents...forcing us to go to UPS or back to the PA pnc branch where we used to live. We suggest avoid this branch for anything other than Deps/WDs, etc.

Been banking here for years. Never once had a bad experience. No pressure or hassle. Every time I go there I’m greeted warmly by an associate and they are always so pleasant. Kelly Jones to mention is a delight. She’s very knowledgeable about the products they sell and goes above and beyond to coordinate which product is best for you.

Sat in drive thru for 46 minutes stuck on one lane when two lanes open seems whomever idle doing the last window is a turtle. 6/11/2020.

They never put my appointment in the system. I show up standing in a hot lobby on the phone with them 8 months pregnant to be told they couldn't help me over the phone ,that the guy who my appointment was with had a conference call and couldn't see me.Worst customer service ever.

I'm a senior on limited income and TD Bank had too many fees. I lasted a few months and researched other banks. PNC is much more accommodating.
