I tried to dopsite a check they assured me it would only be 5 days. Five days went by and now they are telling me it's going to be a nother week until it's available. They won't let me close the account they won't let me stop the payment they are holding the money hostage I can't even send it back to the guy who gave me the check. The bank tellers are not told anything purposely so the costumer does not get mad in other word they trick you to deposit the check so they can hold on to the money. If you are thinking about banking with them do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

This BOA should be bulldozed. When it was open, the inside looked about 50 years old. Also, now that it's closed, both ATM machines are broken. So I call the 800 number to report the broken machines and I'm on hold for 10 minutes. Naturally, I hung up. BOA should be embarrassed. Avoid this location like the plague.

This bank should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! I will be cancelling all my accounts immediately. Just today I received a live check from my employer until the direct deposit kicks in and I mobile deposited my check. Well it wasn't until after the deposit did I receive a notification that my funds wouldn't be available until MARCH 5TH!!!!!!! I am furious and now getting hit with late fees including my car payment that had to be made Monday! Disgusted!!!

This Bank sucks their hours suck Bank of America sucks. They don't even post a phone number for you to call or post their crappy hours who closes at 4 o'clock on a week day? I'm switching to TD Bank! I would rate no stars but had to pick one to leave this comment

Staff are friendly and helpful. My main problem is that I have a large safe deposit box at this location with a steep fee that I really don't have much access to. The access process is very cumbersome involving sending an email for an appointment which you may need to wait a week for. This site was closed for nearly a year due to Covid and recently reopened only to be closed again. Other banks seem to able to keep their branches open during Covid so I may have to consider switching.

    Response from the owner

Hi, Barbara. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. If we can be of any help with your account, you can connect with our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^Joseph

7-3-2017 Lacey Road, NJ. On my way to work and first time I am making a deposit on behalf of my employer. Approach drive up banking and there is one other vehicle waiting. 9 am sharp ONE LANE of the drive up banking opens. I wait 6 minutes before giving up and deciding drive around front and go inside the bank where I find a line of TWELVE people. I get back into my car and return to the drive up. THE SAME VEHICLE is being assisted. I FINALLY get to the drive through at 9:12 a.m. where it then takes the associate EIGHT minutes to process a cash deposit that was completely filled out. TWENTY MINUTES TOTAL at this joke of a bank. What a bone headed move my company made when they chose BOA. I'm grateful to be a Wells Fargo customer for my personal banking.

This may be the saddest excuse for a financial institution I have ever seen. The “operations manager” in this particular branch is a repulsive human being and Bank of America should be ashamed of themselves for employing such an awful women. Poor customer service all around and a shining example of how poor leadership is detrimental to a business.

Bank of america in forked river . = Slowest bank of america. Tellers are nice but if they could move just a tad bit faster. One time I went there at 20 years old left the building roughly turning 30. So yeah put some pep in your step we all got stuff to do.

The ATMs suck. They always say "can't read your card". Talked to the "manager" but he was worthless. Going to TD Bank! There should be a zero star rating available.
