The BBA banking experience is glorified mobile banking. Their branches do not keep regular hours, they are not open on Saturdays, and the lobby is rarely open. They also no longer do business loans. Bank somewhere else - I know I will soon.

Highly recommend this bank and the customer service. Sheri Romecki bent over backwards to help me and my business during this time. She has always been very reliable and helpful with whatever I needed. Highly recommend Sheri with any of your banking needs.

BBVA Compass, especially this location in Jax Beach by far has the best customer service! They care about their clients and always do what they can to make the experience Amazing every time I come in!

I love banking here. Their mobile banking is a fantastic tool for my business, but I do love going into the branch. The employees are friendly and caring. The management at this branch seems to lead by example and has great relationships with the customers.

I’ve banked at other banks before and have never had such a personal experience like I do at this BBVA! Sheri and the entire team do everything in their power to make it a pleasant experience when you come into the branch or drive through! I would HIGHLY recommend this bank and am loving my banking experience with them so far!

First, i keep giving them a chance but still the same. I have had a commercial account for about 15 years from the Ponte Vedra branch but due to the close proximity i will stop in. This time i needed to trade some $20 bills for $100 bills (5). The lady said they did not have enough $100 bill to do the transaction. I asked what if i made a withdraw and requested $100 bills and she asked if that was what i wanted to do? I said no i just want 5 one hundred dollar bills for the twenty dollar bills that i have and she refused. This is just the latest of issues and i am seriously considering finding a different bank. Had a similar encounter at the PV branch. I have a small savings account at Vystar a mile from there and they had no problem. I don't get it.

Was awful as BBVA, now even worse as PNC. Don’t waste your time. Literally.

Great bank. Customer service is awesome. Overall very satisfied!
