PNC Bank W Main St, Nashville

We had an issue with a friend of mine in fixing the issue with her account. We don't live in the area but it's the closest PNC bank to Bloomington where you can actually speak to someone (Only an ATM here.) I would describe the man we interacted with as charming, helpful, and could sell us on the idea of moving to Nashville just because we know how good we feel in banking there. :-D

Kathy Callahan at the Nashville, Indiana branch was so nice to set up and account for me and showed me how to use the debit card. I had never done that before and it was really easy. I appreciated how patient she was with me, and how totally helpful she was. It's a really pretty branch too. I loved all the brown county stone. Right after I opened my account, I went to two shops in town and used my debit card with the new hands- off scanners. It was totally cool, quick and painless :-). Definitely a really nice experience..

Absolutely horrible bank. Typical California corporate style bank that doesn’t care at all for local small town people.

Branch sales and service rep. Ransford Osei assisted me with my transaction at the branch, providing exceptional, curtious, and thoughtful customer service. Additionally, he followed up with a courtesy call the following day.

Trying to get through to these people on the phone is a joke. Not good customer service!

Melissa helped with a wire transfer. She is very kind and quickly got this done for us. It is best to make an appointment for they are a smaller staffed branch. Everyone in the branch were very friendly!

This rating is not directed at the local branch but at PNC as a whole. The local branches have always been a pleasure to deal with. As far as PNC in general, by far the worst bank I have ever banked with. Moving from the west coast, it wasn’t feasible to stay with Chase as they don’t have any branches close to me so I was forced to switch banks and I regret ever making the move to PNC. Their lack of empathy and support to their customers during these trying times is beyond frustrating. Being the 7th largest bank you would think they could offer more solutions rather than just reading script from a manual. I am closing my accounts as soon as I can.

We are working with PNC to obtain a business loan. So far everyone we have come into contact with has been friendly and very helpful. I'm looking forward to banking with them.

I’ve called them 3 times this morning and no one answered!
