PNC Bank Us 31 South St, Indianapolis

I called with an issue regarding my stolen card and cash. A nice and very resourceful woman named Lauren answered and guided me to the location on US-31. When I arrived, a man named Agim asked me about the situation. I told Agim that the cash I was going to use for my upcoming bills was stolen along with credit card. The cash I had stolen was going to be deposited to pay my bills, but since it was stolen I had no cash to pay my bills; thus, putting myself into the negative and charged with 2 overdraft fees. Agim not only printed off a new card, and helped change my pin, but he also refunded the $70 overdrafts and that made my life and day much better. Thank you so much PNC team & staff. You guys are the best!

I accidentally over drafted my account about $20. The overdraft fee of $36 hit instantly. I now bank else where. Any other bank has a 24 hour grace period.

I am trying to pay my cell phone bill w/my w/your debit card and everything goes well, UNTIL they want YOUR ZIP CODE, NOT MINE. This is why I'm emailing you and & can't make ANY calls until I get this straightened over the phone an my bath water is getting COLD. What is YOUR zip code? Please hurry w/y your reply, Linda

I opened an account here about 1 month ago and I've only made 1 transaction at Kroger and today I got my bank statement and there was 11 FEES on my statement. For what??????? I literally haven't even done anything with it. they took about $40 some dollars in just FEES. So needless to say I took the remaining tiny bit of money that was in there out and closed the account immediately. I don't trust this bank anymore I was feed 11 times and I don't even know why and I needed that money.

Bank is slow about every single thing, tellers to busy talking to each other instead of helping customers.. They make you hold a minimum balance in savings account of 300 dollars or they charge you to hold your own money.. Door inside of bank is broken on one side exiting the building has no sign saying use other door I about broke my nose exiting unaware of the malfunctioning door with no warning...Cant close account with a teller must wait on a banker to talk to you and takes about minimum of 15 minutes to get talked to about anything

I went in there today to cash my check and they told me no since I don’t have to forms of ID but she said that my social and birth wouldn’t count as my second form of ID. 😂😂

Kelsey helped me out tremendously when the other PNCs wouldn't !
