As a first time home buyer, Jody and Cat were so helpful navigating the often daunting task of finding a loan for a house. It was also a quick turn around so I could move into a new place before my lease ended. Communication was great and they were often returning e-mails or calls within the hour! I have used Jody at Bailey and Wood for all my financing and re-financing needs for the last 10 years. The entire team is top notch, super easy to work with, incredibly friendly, and I always get the best quoted rates from them as well. Their transfer systems are secure and provide confidence in information sharing. Jody goes out of her way to get me answers, even outside of normal work hours. I will continue to use B&W going forward for any financing needs. Of note: Just like any other lender, your mortgage will be sold off quickly. That threw me off years ago, but now I realize that's just normal practice. Don't go into the relationship expecting B&W to service your loan.
