Every visit is a great experience! I like VIP treatment and I'm never disappointed. The staff are very polite and professional. My philosophy is to be nice and you get the same treatment back! Thanks Forum team for exceeding my expectations as a customer.

Originally set up an account online then had to go in to fill out additional paperwork. Super helpful and friendly service. Received an email once the account was successfully completed. The Teller, Lisa also called to notify us and see if we had any additional questions or needed any further assistance. This was after a bad experience at a different credit union. Definitely recommend on customer service alone!!!

The new female teller I believe her name tag said Danielle.. The young lovely one with big hair... Anyway ,she gave me the most pleasant ,professional and very informal experience I have ever had at a bank while keeping a lovely smile the whole time... She should be used as an example of excellent customer service...

On my 3rd auto loan, never had a bad experience. Will continue to use Forum for future loans.

I absolutely love this bank, & I mean it! The workers there are very friendly & helpful. I feel welcomed each time I enter this location.

I've used this branch for thirty years. The employees are always nice. The loan department is great to work with. Even in my twenties getting my first auto loan, the loan officer explained everything to me, knowing it was my first loan, so I would understand how the whole process worked. We've gotten several auto loans with them over the years and recently got a Home Equity loan. I worked with the home office on it, then had to go to Indy southside location to sign one set of papers. The whole transaction went well.

Worse loan experience we have ever had. Horrible service and try to set you up for things without your consent that you don't need. We had them purchase insurance for us that was $700/month, and then pay for the insurance with our ACH without approval. I happen to be an insurance agent who owns my own agency, and I both definitely had insurance at the time. Plus one of my employees sent the proof to Forum TWICE. The 2nd time she also got it in writing that Forum both received the proof and it was acceptable. Yet a month later they still purchased the insurance AND used our ACH info to pay everything. On top of this when I call to resolve the issue they confirm the error on their part and when I ask how they will give me my money back right away, the answer was great.... I could come in between 9 and 5, they can mail it, OR I can open a saving account with them with the money and earn interest on it! After asking if she could figure out the fastest way to get me the money she couldn't answer it and I requested they over night the check to me. The entire attitude and clear lack of controls on their automated system for something as major as this is highly concerning. I am moving my loan, I don't care what the APR is not worth the headache.

The ladies at this branch are wonderful & very helpful with my needs! If you want personal banking, Forum Credit Union is the place to bank!

This particular location features bad service and is located on an access road that will give you an idea of what a wagon trail would have been like.
