I've been doing business with PNC Bank for over 20 years now. During this time I have made large, small and enormous transactions there. Usually the bank is always friendly and customer service oriented. Today, not so much so. I went to open another account today, but instead of the service I'm use to I get the new person who is speaking so fast that I can even ask a question. And when I do, I can't get a straight answer. So I just decided to close one of the accounts and take a teller's Check. If I had more time, I would have closed ALL of the accounts. I guess some people are just cavalier about other people's money. Good thing there is a bank across the street.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. A few times I have gone and there was a line and a bit of a wait, not too long. The the manager apologized, thanked everyone for our patience and then asked how everyone was doing, made friendly conversation, and joked with us and had everyone laughing. Once at the counter, the tellers are friendly and quick. I enjoy banking here.

I used the ATM to deposit some checks and I wanted to receipt from the ATM instead I got directions on a printed piece of paper to use the app to get a receipt

Roughly handled the work of the employee named Minsuk. not professional. the employees are rude. African American especially at the information desk.

Had lost my debit card, called in to get it replaced. I asked if I can come in 5 days later in person since I live in Philly and the mail would take longer. She dissuaded me by saying why would I come in if it would reach me by the time I came home. It didnt. Called the weekend after with nothing in my mail that was supposed to be here by Friday according to the person over the phone. Same person, different story. Tells me I cant track it, cant garentee a delivery date. Dishonest to tell people wrong information and then to tell them a different information when they were wrong. Not sure if they just didnt want customers in their branch? Dishonest, disrespectful and had to incur a 100$ late fee because of lack of professionalism and honesty in the work place. Should not have to be lied to when I couldve had my card and be in good standing with my landlord. Thanks PNC montgomery branch

I was at this branch today around 1:00 to use the drive-up ATM. After entering my card and PIN number, the machine went out of service and kept my card. I went into the branch and was told by the teller that it happens and she would get my card for me. She returned after a few minutes and said the card was stuck. I asked what does that mean and was told again it was stuck. I asked what was she going to do about it and then was told again it was stuck and she couldn’t get it. She said it happens when it gets cold and if she had to call a tech it could be a couple of days for someone to come fix it. There was never an apology or an explanation as to why the machine was never fixed for a reoccurring problem. Instead I was told to call my bank and get a replacement card - not an easy thing since I’m from Virginia. The customer service at this branch was pitiful and the dolt who “tried” to retrieve my card should be taught how to assist a customer. Thanks for the inconvenience and the headache PNC.

This branch is great. Friendly staff always remember my daughters name. New faces often but the manager Toni makes up for that with her helpfulness and doesn't hurt that she is easy on the eyes.
