PNC Bank W Broad St, Hazleton

I came in after waiting in line. I’m still in line a lady come in to ask a question and somehow that lady gets to see the banker before me. Now I have to wait for her to open her account while I just need a replacement for a expired debit car that they should’ve sent a replacement already. Terrible customer service no order at all.

Worst custumer service ever, racist even though they were stuck up Spanish lady's. unorganized management. I'm from out of town they made me go back to bring proof of adress to come find out I could use it I'm super upset on how unprofessional the staff treated me as a custumer looking to open a new account. super unprofessional and I'm contacting corporate on this matter and I'm not going to stop until they do something about this.

Good customer service, always a lot of people inside, also you may encounter lines at the three ATMs located out front anytime.

One of the woman there insulted me on the way I write in cursive on one of my own checks I will never be using this branch again nothing but disrespectful employees...

I was away with the Military and my account was in the process of closing. I was told by the Loss prevention department to contact a Branch about keeping the account open. I called this Branch and got the Run around, a lady lied and told me her name was Lay (Like the Chip) and told me there was nothing they could do. Loss prevention called them and got the situation taken care of so everything was good to go. LIED to me about her name.....

Worst bank for non members that need to use their ATM. They charged me $3.50 survice charge to get $20 dollars. Total Rip Off Bank Stay Away !!!!!!!!

Great bank, service in English and Spanish and the girls here are really nice.
