Community Bank, N.A. S Church St, Hazleton

At about 515pm Sept. 30th The atm took cash deposit then machine went down mid transaction I did not get my card back or cash although the machine said deposit could not be made. The machine showed on screen as if it was going to return the cash that was just deposited but then screen said your card is being kept for security purposes!! I was shocked because it had just accepted some of my cash.. I called the 800 number was told to call bank in the am! I did at 9am and was told they found my card in machine but when I asked about my deposit the money I had put in, I Was told they'd have to balance out atm but that wouldn't be till after 3pm SMH Long story short I called about 3 times got nowhere.. where's my money how is it that my card was retrieved and not the cash??? Theres a camera on machine why not look at it?? I don't understand how they give me my card back but nothing no cash and they didn't deposit it into my account either!!! Where'd that cash go?? I want this investigated I feel it was taken lightly the machine accepted 3 50 dollar bills the rest were 20s no receipt was given card kept by atm etc!! Worse banking experience! EDIT I was called today atm was taken apart Jenny at the bank helped and resolved the issue and was the most helpful I appreciate you Jenny!!

This bank has been nothing short of being useless. ATM/debit cards constantly fail to work and extremely over zealous fraud protection will prevent you from making withdraws. Take my advice and avoid this bank.

Easy to get a loan. Lori is fantastic. People are friendly and caring. I'm totally at a loss as to the negative comments. I had a great experience.

Horrible handicapped parking accessibility. The administration of that branch does not care if the disabled parking law is violated. Very bad organization from the administration.

I had an issue and tried calling for 2weeks. They hang up on you! When I signed my home equity line of credit they were my best friend. Fake as fake gets. Yes, you Emanual. Terrible. About 8-10 people asked me about them for mortgages and home eq line of credit and I talked them into going somewhere else.

Closed earlier than posted hours. Next branch 3 miles away and now there are 3 lines extending to the main street (airport road). Closing earlier than the posted hours is a normal occurrence for the south church st branch

Pretty good bank. had to open acct. Glad i chose it. No charge with their Atm and your card. IT'S FREE. No fee from your card when a customer

Every time I come get my own money they don’t give me more than 1000 limit very poor bank un professional staff I will never recommend this to anyone they get happy when you deposit money but then get rude when you take your own money out useless poor bank like local grocery!
