    I've been a customer since 2007 when it was State National. Horrible service and tellers are incompetent. Seems like they have new tellers every few months and NO ONE knows what they're doing.

    Michelle, a teller at this bank, reached out to my parents who had not been able to come into the bank because of the virus and my mom’s dementia. She asked how they were and offered to personally help them if they had a need. I was very thankful for her outstanding act of compassion and kindness. Thank you!

    Closed my bank account because they send 4 debit cards in 10 days and none of them WORKED!!! I could NOT pay my Bills and closed my account. NOW I am getting emails saying they are charging me for items on debits cards that never worked and signing me up for online payments for an account that is no longer open. HORRIBLE BANK WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLED, NON-WORKING DEBIT CARDS AND CHARGES AFTER CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT ON CARDS THAT NEVER WORKED!!! ANY BANK IS BETTER THAN PNC!!! DO NOT BANK WITH PNC!!!!!

    Both of the bank manager are extremely rude and unprofessional.. I would not recommend pnc bank in ruidoso new mexico.
