Visited Denise yesterday and she was amazing and had the best customer service. She was literally helping me in person (6ft apart and masks on) and she was on the phone trying to help another customer. Once she was done with the phone customer she fielded calls from other store locations helping them out as well. Thank you Denise for helping me out of a bad situation and for having the patience of a saint to deal with so much and still be super professional. Corporate if you see this please give this woman raise!

I went In and worked with the store manager Denise Grimaldo, she was pretty awesome to work along side. I’ve never been into this loan place so it was pretty quiet and the music they played was pretty cool . It’s clean & they are very professional . Would most likely go back if I get approved for my loan, I’m writing this in the middle of her doing everything and it’s taken a good 45 minutes tops to see if I’m approved or not . 🤷🏽‍♀️ So wish me luck, but if you want professionalism come to this place ! 😀

Don't really use these services too often! But had to go in and I was surprised on how clean and how professional those ladies were! Think it was Denise made it fun. We even talked about Game of Thrones terrible last season. Seemed like mere minutes from the time I went in and came out with some much needed funds! I will return if I need their service again!

Denise was extremely helpful and courteous when my son and myself stopped in. We were also impressed with how clean their store was. Very welcoming place and I would recommend stopping in if you need a check cashed.
