PNC Bank Mt Vernon Ave, Marion

We were greatly helped by our short time here at PNC Bank. We were able to make an appointment the next day with a consultant named, Ted. He was very kind to work with us, our paperwork, make the changes we needed, and then he was very gracious when we decided we needed to change our plans completely and not use anything that he had been working with us on! Thank you for your help and your patience, Ted, and PNC!

Always RUDE especially Pam. Eden sometimes is ok depending on her mood. I have a large corporate account here and it doesn't matter if it is me or one of my employees that comes in to do business there is always passive aggressive comments about what we bring in and horrible customer service. Today was the breaking point. Just ridiculous.

Poor customer service. They just stare at you while you’re in line waiting and they talk amongst themselves about whatever. Very unprofessional. Don’t take the time to say sorry for the wait, or we will be with you in a moment. Frustrating.

Try to pay my bills and you keep LOCKING my account so I cant. I will never go though you guys again.

If you have nothing going on and feel like sitting in the drive-thru lane at Pnc this would be a great way to kill an hour. Super slow service. Let’s just say if I was in a race with a tortoise around the entire state of Ohio and made a “quick” pit stop at the PNC bank in Marion I would of been lapped but the tortoise 3 times over.

This bank has aggravated me at times. I once had a free checking account and now I'm charged 7 dollars a month. Also when checking my account balance on other atms you will get charged a 3 dollar fee and will get charged 3 dollar fee through them when withdrawal money from ANYWHERE besides through their bank. But on the other hand they have also been real helpful in other matters. Most of the people who work their are really kind.

I will be closing my business account and personal accounts today, I was totally disrespected by new teller, I have been with this bank for years, even when it was national city. so to the new teller Jessy. you cost PNC 3 accounts,

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this branch, both in the lobby pre-COVID And in the drive thru ever since!

Banks should be open later than 5:00 on a Friday.
