Huntington Bank Mt Vernon Ave, Marion

Never had any issues and every time I had problems they fixed it. The only thing is I wish there was more atms in my area.

Used to be a good bank. I've been with them for over 10yrs but will be closing my acct soon. They've closed all the branches except 1. There's only 1 ATM in town which is broken 90% of the time. Currently sitting in the line for the ATM with 7 other cars. I'm sure they will be losing a lot of business.

The ATM is unbearably slow, minutes to make a transaction. Management at the bank wont take action to fix it. I spent 20 minutes on the 800 number to report the problem but still not resolved. May as well assume the ATM will never work. The tellers inside are often extremely slow, my guess is its because of their corporate policies and software. Seems to be good people with poor corporate management.

The ATM at this branch is TERRIBLE! There is always a huge line because it takes each car at least 10 minutes to make a transaction. I’m thinking about banking somewhere else because it’s so painful to access my own money when I need cash.

Try being open so regular working people can do in person banking.instead of make believe times...we all now banking is stressful and an exhausting job but really ...who closes at 4:30 but wants my money...poor establishment.probably looking for another bank.

My husband pulled money from ATM to pull in and deposit it into our account there and when we went to check our balance it was not there so my husband went back in the next business day with the receipt from him depositing cash they said they would fix it and when I called to check our balance it was there but the next day there was no sign of the money at all still trying to get our money the teller kept the original receipt so looking like I will be calling attorney General I think they need an internal audit I would never tell anyone to put money in this bank

First of all, the branch hours are stupid and I can’t be there before or after work because I work a normal 9-5 shift. Secondly, they closed the other branch across town for no reason so now everyone who has Huntington in Marion (which clearly is a lot since it’s always packed every time I go) has to go to the same branch. Lastly, there’s always something wrong with the ATM! I rely on depositing money in the ATM since the hours here are stupid and yesterday after work it said that transaction isn’t available at this time? Came back this morning & it STILL isn’t letting me. Now my account is negative and I have to come back when the drive thrus are open and wait three hours to talk to someone! Literally the only good thing about this bank is the 24 hour grace.

They only have 1 atm and long lines always for atm which is in same one lane as the two tellers. They need to put a walkup atm at the front door like they used to have. Ridiculous wait time 30 to 45 minutes, like waiting at McDonalds south.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to or used. Besides from wells Fargo. I seriously was denied putting money into my wife's account. I was told that I had to be on the account or she had to be there with me. I mean wow. Getting money fine, but when someone wants to put money into an account and they turn you away!??!!??????? Not to mention there is only one atm for this bank at this bank, the other location in marion was closed down, come friday the lines are horrible for any lane including the atm. The inside is just as bad. Ohh and the atm they have is ancient or just plain cheap. It's so very slow, no joking there is like at least 3 to 5 min for each person trying to use this atm, I feel like I'm in purgatory when I'm waiting in line to use this atm.

The atm machine takes 10 min to do anything. Then after waitin 30 min on 3 cars and the 10 min for the atm to work, the atm wont let me deposit my money. Need to fix the atm or get a new one. Freaking unbelievable!!.
