PNC Bank OH, Milford

Over the years I've banked with several institutions. About 2 years ago I was introduced to PNC Bank in Mulberry. The employees are truly a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism is well complimented by their genuine friendliness and willingness to help. Banking was always a negative thing in the past but now I actually enjoy the experience.

My bank card information was stolen and I called to cancel it. The guy was super friendly and helpful. I opted to pick my card up in-store, which by the way is amazing that they print them inside. I didn't have time through the work week to stop and get it and when I finally had the day off, I had my 2 year old and 3 year old in the car. They let me go through the drive thru to pick it up which was beyond helpful.

I've worked for PNC and I have also been a customer for years. I continued to bank with PNC, even after my employement with them ended. I loved the job, my coworkers were all around great people. As an employee, I felt we were critiqued unfairly and that PNC didn't compensate you as appropriate. As a customer, I've seen a lot of changes, in a short amount of time. I wonder when bank employees will be a thing of the past.

This is one of my all time favorites for bank Locations. I have concidered changing all of my banking needs to this 1 bank. If it weren't for the education I received about putting all of your eggs in 1 basket; I probably would have already done this. The staff is great and just keeps getting better!

I have been banking with PNC since the middle 80"s , would never dream of going anywhere else. So many branches are leaning towards "do it yourself banking" the walk in face to face customer experience is becoming a lost art, except for this branch. They have and have always had the most friendly, personable staff of any bank I have ever been in. I make it a point to visit inside the bank every chance I get! I'm always greeted with a smiling face, nice conversation and great service. Thanks to all of you!!!!!

Good place for everyday banking needs. Super helpful staff who knows their stuff. AVOID loans through this location at ALL costs. Go literally anywhere else.

AVOID THIS LOCATION, if you want to sit for 20 min behind one customer in drive thru, apparently jessica enjoys making you wait! Next stop pnc corporate to find out if there is a solution other than not banking there.

Worthless so they can’t figure out how to comply with the rules of COVID so they shut down there lobbies so how is someone trying to deposit money in a vehicle that is taller than there drive thru heights suppose to be able to do any banking once again Pnc can’t get there act together
