A colleague recommended Center Bank as a resource for a Paycheck Protection Program SBA loan recently, and I could not have been more impressed with how they handled things for me. They made the process extremely easy and seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and responsive, and I had funding in just a few days. I know other small business owners who applied before I did, and they still have not received funding. I'm now a firm believer that a smaller, local/regional bank is a much better option than a larger, national bank.

Do not use Center Bank for any mortgage or loan product! They will promise things they can’t deliver and drop you at the last minute. They offer great terms upfront to get you in the door, then change things at the last minute so that you’ll have no choice but to accept a substandard product. Save yourself the headache and stress and go with a larger lender that actually does what it says it’s going to do.

I have been a loyal customer with CenterBank since they started. I used to love this bank and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. However, in the past 6 months they have had terrible service. Nobody knows what they are doing or how to answer simple questions regarding your account. They will say they are going to do something and it’s never done or done incorrectly. I have given so many chances for it to get better. Sadly, it looks like it’s time for me to start looking for another bank.
