PNC Bank E 86th St, Indianapolis

There is a sign that says 24 hour indoor ATM. Every time I've tried using it, the doors are locked. Change the sign or make the sign true, it's incredibly frustrating.

:o) teller had the good morning word. Heck he was just changing a $20 for a couple of rolls of quarters. Nicely done.

Branch Manager was rude and dismissive. I’m not sure if she was racially discriminatory... but It was a very unpleasant interaction.

I stopped by this PNC bank on a weekday afternoon on my lunch break and I was the only person in the lobby.....there was 1 car in the drive-thru. The one teller for the lobby didn't even acknowledge my presence. I waited roughly 3 minutes and the teller looked up and said, "I'll be with you shortly." I waited another 2 minutes and one of the 2 drive thru tellers walked up and said "Someone will be with you shortly." At this time the car in the drive thru had left. I finally asked to speak with the branch manager and I told him what happened. His only response, "I can assure you they were busy." The point is I was there waiting in the lobby...and no one else was around. They couldn't help me...then go back to what they were doing? This is not the first problem I have had at this location. I was a loyal member of National City for over 5 years....it took not even 2 months for PNC to lose my business. I opened an account with Chase and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

This branch and those that work there are extremely unprofessional. Go elsewhere because you will not get good customer service here, just a lot of aggravation!

I had experience to work with Beth and Jennifer regarding Business checking account both are super women's. Beth is love, She always take time from her extremely busy schedule to resolve my issues. Thank you so much for your help and time.

I recently opened a new account at this branch. One of the branch managers, Tonya, went way above and beyond the call of duty - I was waiting for some status updates and for two days in a row she provided those to me proactively. She also made some calls on my behalf to find out the status to give me more accurate information. In an age where customer experience is everything, Tonya provided outstanding service for me. Thank you!

I wanted to open a business account with PNC because I had done some banking with them in the past, but I felt Discriminated based on work clothes having paint on them. the bank letter, this guy and was judgemental and gave me a look like u should not be there. then the teller walks to one of the reps, this rep "tried helping " so I took my business somewhere else and at this other bank (not a PNC location) they where respectful and professional and got my account running in no time.

I prefer to go inside to do my banking. They really work with you if you have a problem. 🙈😜

Connor and Hammam handled both of my concerns very efficiently. Staff was nice, even to some of the crazier patrons.
