This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything. I wish there was a ZERO star rating. Every experience I have had with this branch has been so frustrating. The people here are inconsiderate and dismissive. Especially to POC, and immigrants who does not speak English well. This place does not feel welcoming at all.

Went through the drive through ATM to deposit my rent money due today. The ATM eat the money and had an error asking me to call customer service. I go inside the branch. This banker girl pulls us into her desk area to talk to us. I tell her the machine took the money and i need it now to pay my rent. She tells me this happens all the time and it will take 24-48 hours to get a temporary credit. I'm explaining to her that this is not an option since i have to pay the rent today for my new place. She calls claims to ask what can be done. After being on hold ... i had to keep ask her what shes doing since she was not giving me any updates. Then she pops some gum and starts chewing on it like a goat while i feel like i'm losing my mind. I had to cancel my apartment review since it was talking this long. Then she questions the amount i put in the machine because the machine only detected some. I was like check your cameras then are you kidding me? Then she tells us it will take 10 days to get the temporary credit. Then we ask for a manager, he comes in, calls the same claims department and tells us its 10 days and he is sure the management company will understand we cant pay the first rent due to the virus. I'm like the virus didn't talk my money you did! We called the cops on them and because we were upset and angry WE were asked to leave. Not once did the girl or the manager offer to contact us hand out a business card nothing, just asked to leave and leave the situation like nothing ever happened. I wonder why they have a manager in that branch when he is incapable of anything same as the banker that is the most unprofessional and provides the worst customer service to clients. I will do my best to report them to corporate. Stay away from that branch.

I was told by the Chase contact center to resolve my issue in a branch. I go into a branch and meet Bryan who listens and tries to help me but is unable to do so. In the end he is fairly dismissive and gets up while I'm still talking so he can usher me out without having provided a resolution. Instead he refers me to a third party which I told him previously is not the correct workflow. My only resolution was having to contact chase a third time and get transferred multiple times before someone was able to provide me the correct workflow. Maybe it was an off day for Bryan, but it's interactions like this that ruin Chase for me.

This is the closest location to me but I am forced to go to Carmel one to get anything done. The difference in service in everything from banks, grocery stores, shopping in a ok place to that of a nice suburb is astonishing

Was thrown out of the location today. My wife and I deposited money in the ATM drive through. It ate the money , Didnt issue credit. And is still stuck in the ATM machine. I went inside to speak to someone. The person they had us speak to was super unprofessional! She was chewing gum the whole time and rolled her eyes several times at us. She told us it could take 10-12 hours to get a temporary credit issued . When she called customer care they told us it could take up to 10 DAYS to get it issued. Our rent is literally due today. We need the money we put in the ATM today to make a electronic payment ! The branch manager got called in. He was the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. No one apologized to us for what happened at all. No one said they understood why we were upset. We called the police to assist us. He called claims , And somehow got told 10 days as well! I raised my voice and I started swearing out of frustration and not being able to pay my rent today. AND HE THREW ME OUT OF THE BRANCH! And the cops told ME to leave. Youve got to be joking! Thats how chase treats customers? Cant wait to close my account !. Never going back to this location! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!
