PNC Bank Ocean Gtwy, Ocean City

I had a 20 minute wait at the drive thru this AM that is totally unacceptable. I called the manager of the day at the West Ocean City branch in ZIP 21842. My complaint fell on deaf ears. Priority should be given to the drive thru customers, not the walk-ins. When I mentioned the uselessness of a greeter she said it was not useless - for reasons I should not know, but one reason is security. I first replied that we customers are not stupid and do not need a guide. Then the security angle was mentioned. Tell me. What will an unarmed female do when an armed robber enters the bank? I say they will do nothing but get out of the way. This is disgusting and I blame Corporate for this disrespectful attitude to customers

Went there yesterday to deposit a check and the girl at the counter was rude. Guess my 10k check was not good enough... definitely switching my business account somewhere else.

waiting in line for 45 min....so ridiculous the girl standing in the lobby JESSICA WHO WAS doing nothing except holding a tablet should have jumped in behind the desk ...so closing my account out this is stupid standing in line this long

Omg awful service i have ever seen

Don't try to get a loan there. Everybody in that department is rude to the customers. And they aren't knowledgeable about lending. I've been a customer for 2 decades but will be closing my accounts due to the way they treat people. I can see from the reviews I am not alone.

Very very rude if I had my way i would fire the rude banker that talk to me the way she did on 12/28/2020 @10:05 am I will be switching banks after 28 years
