Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Coastal Hwy, Ocean City

People work very hard at the bank without support of corporate - only BOA close to Delaware- Coastal Maryland. Sr. VP (Ahmad Akbar) just stood around this afternoon and watch a very busy bank at the beginning of vacation season which was not prepared for the rush and did not lift a finger to help. Needed to prepared, as most business do, for the seasonal rush. Another business person warned me not to even think of showing up on Fridays!

Staff so polite and nice but was trying to cash my paycheck and my online banking got locked. Called them, got transferred not 1 or 2 or 3 times, I got transferred 6 times for 45 minutes and still problem wasn’t fixed. Screw it. Village banks are better than these guys.

Worst bank ever. Tellers are nice, hours are horrible. What bank closes at 3 o'clock, AND removes the drive through. Not everyone likes to bank exclusively on-line. Some of us still like fresh air and human interaction. Closing my accounts and moving to another bank.

Worst branch to go. 3 ATMs, one is blocked with parked cars, the other is totally turned off and the third one is not accepting cash deposits. Similar situation last weekend... get inside and be prepared to wait hours... Every summer, every holiday those ATMs are down or some issue occurs...

It has been impossible to get a simple mortgage statement - went to the location in Ocean city 30 miles away and we were told to wait two weeks to simply get a mortgage statement. I believe they take pleasure in saying no to people in need. Terrible customer service- I will not be utilizing Bank of America going forward matter of fact we will be moving our other loans to another bank.

We were trying to cash paychecks. The website said they were closed. It was 3pm. Good thing we drove by to see because they were busy as ever. They definitely were open. Whoever runs the website is not doing a good job. When you are stuck in beach traffic you want to depend on what the website will tell you.

This is one of the worst banks ever I went to the ATM and got the money it never gave me my card back so I went inside and they said they couldn't give me my card back because it wasn't some type of card like tf I live in Alabama I have to get a new card and it will not even be coming to me I can't go anywhere anymore because I don't even have a card now I'm stuck and Idk what to do

Had to wait 2 days for an appointment just to get the direct deposit form... it literally takes a minute to pull up my info in the system and hit print (or less than a minute). Also, had to wait 40 minutes in a line, just to find out I needed an appointment for that. What a waste of time.

This bank has the worst hours seriously what bank is open different hours each day? No drive thru - you have to get out of your car & wait in line every time you go:( it is the worst place I have EVER banked with. Terrible customer service. I gave 1 star because staff is at least friendly & the conditions are beyond thier control. But you would expect soo much more from a major bank like this.
