Horrible customer service, asked to speak with manager and even she kept me waiting for 45 Mins with out even coming out and introducing herself .once I decided to leave and asked for her card they went in her office and got one from her and she still didn't even say anything. Horrible customer service. And liars!!! Our account was at $0.00 and we deposited a check from the heating credit and they took $26 and refused to refund it saying our account was negative when it WAS NOT!! I checked it before we deposited this check!! Banks are THIEVES!!!!
