After a year with them I have no problems with this bank the staff are nice and the app is easy to use I cant think of banking anywhere else

I first joined this Credit Union when it was Southwest State Employees Credit Union and was downtown Kalamazoo. My wife and I have remained through all of the iterations to the now, Honor Credit Union. This is our "bank." Keith and the staff in Plainwell are to be commended for the service and understanding that they provide.

I do not recommend! I see another individual who must have experienced a similar issue. Maybe it is just this branch but the errors ranged from clerical to negligent negative credit reporting and no actual attempt to resolve from customer service.

Love this branch, they are actually a share branch of the credit union I use, they are friendly, helpful and have always gone out of their way to assist my family and I. There aren't enough good things I can say about this branch and the people in it!
