PNC Bank Sail Pl, Annapolis

This is not in my habit- if they had a zero I will rate PNC Zero. I am more than disappointed and frustrated with PNC their customer's service went down the drain for the past several years. I have been a member since 2013. I might not be your biggest client , I deserved to be treated with respect. I do not know if they have mechanical issues but the things I have seen on my statements have been outrageous- and no one is ever available to answer or solve the problems. I have been trying to reach the local Annapolis town center branch for the past 3 months. They have been taking down my name and number and never called me back. I not exaggerating PNC I could provide you my call log. My sisters had 3 business accounts with them but they have moved to a different bank and I'm about to do the same thing so disappointed .

Had a truly exceptional experience work with Michelle Conley she should be branch manager it took 4 months to get everything to go through because I had was going through a awful divorce she was just like she was my sister she took great care of us she called me everyday and worked so hard to get my loan pushed through because of all the craziness she is the best and I love her

A member since 2011, signed up right here at this bank for my small biz free checking. Eventually they removed the free checking without notice, increased monthly fees and wire transfer fees. The monthly fees were sucking money out of my account and sometimes they would double and even triple the surcharge! PNC even had the nerve to charge their monthly service fee, then charge their overdraft fee on top of this. For a small business they were not very helpful. Staff at this location is rude and not very sincere. I imagine they only care about their corporate environment. Better off keeping your money under a mattress.

Had an issue as a volunteer treasurer of my local homeowner's association that required banking assistance. I went to the PNC Branch at Towne Center in Annapolis. Robyn and Carly worked with me to resolve the issue and Carly even provided me with the bank statements that I needed. My thanks to both Carly and Robyn!

Not prepared to address all customers concerns. Their advance cash access machines are frequently out of order. Branches will tell you to go the next branch. Unfortunately, their advance Cash Access machines are out of order as well. Frustrating!!!!

This branch has the worst customer service in America. I hated this bank because of the employees inside it. It is a group of ladies who do not know how to talk to customers. lack of taste Very bad service. I do not recommend this failed branch to anyone

I make deposits here daily, and they work very fast and great customer service, I really appreciate that. All of the employees are very patient and helpful. Best pnc I have been to

Came to deposit some cash & checks and I received no help counting my cash. they want minimal work

Every single time I go just to make a simple business deposit it takes at least 20 minutes in the drive through. It is so slow!!

Since so many pnc branches have closed this one does not have enough staff to help. Today a Friday I went in just to get smaller bills. There was a line of 5 people and it grew to 10 people. Only 2 tellers working. There were 2 young men chatting & I think counting bills but they never stopped to help the growing line. I left, I didn't have time to wait. Wish the old Riva Road branch was still available, but it's now a Dunkin Donuts.
