PNC Bank Brecksville Rd, Independence

Walked in to withdraw a large sum of money, and was made to feel very uncomfortable. So much so, that I never stepped foot back in there afterwards. What they put me through, never happened at any other location.

Great Bank, very nice experience with tellers etc. Drive-through tellers very nice and helpful also. Convenient location.

At this point it's basically comical but let's just say I wasted a lunch hour trying to get change for a $20 bill. I have multiple accounts at PNC and bank at this branch often but the manager would not give me change for a $20 bill without my drivers license. I understand banks can have silly rules and I commented to the manager how funny a rule this is. Basically she accused me of attempting fraud. lol all the way to the bank - another bank going forward :-).

I do like this location most of the time. There seems to be a revolving door with tellers. It seems as soon as they get good at what they do they are gone. Sometimes the deposit process can be frustrating especially with large deposits.

Great Branch. The staff is very helpful, haven't ever had any issue getting my questions or concerns handled. I have another PNC close to my office but choice to drive to this location because I know I will get the best service.

The tellers do as best as they can but are woefully slow at times and the wait time to get to a teller is completely unacceptable. I get tired of hearing the " MANTRA " ..." Thank you for your patience ". No amount of patience can excuse the ongoing problems that are not addressed adequately over an extended period of time.

I've been to this branch a number of times though it is not my usual branch. I recently stopped by to make a deposit and there was a longer than usual wait time (that's fine, it happens sometimes). However, once I got to the teller, Ryan, he made me go through a couple different processes for my deposit that I've never had to do before - writing my initials on the deposit slip even though I gave him my ID and wrote the account name on the slip; giving him a debit card in addition to my ID and deposit slips. And when I said something to the effect of, oh I've never had to do this before, he told me it's always been the policy and suggested he get a manager to explain it to me further (which felt unnecessary with the long line and passive aggressive). His demeanor was not exactly helpful in this exchange, it was as though he was either previously annoyed before I got there or my very typical transaction was a nuisance to him. I definitely got the sense that I was annoying him. In my 10 years as a customer with PNC I've never had an experience like that. I will probably just stick to my usual branch from now on. Hoping people had a better experience with Ryan.

Tellers are terrific, but they can't make up for the attitude problems and hostility in the rest of the bank. Fail Check online, before opening an account here. They have way better incentives that these guys will not mention. F-

Our first experience with this organization was a 1970 when I was a paper carrier I came into the branch here in Brecksville excuse me in Independence today and met an outstanding customer service centric banker she takes care of your business needs and also knows any details about merchant services if you’re new in the area you need to come see Jody she’s outstanding

I must say that this Branch is the epitome of "Awesome". Jody exemplifies outstanding customer service beyond measures!!!!
