For 10 years my business has been serviced in this bank, but today I did not write the amount in words, I asked to write them, but they told me that we do not do this, although this was not a problem before. and she gives the woman money next to her and says I don’t need your id, I already know you. what is this.

I've been using this bank for my personal and business accounts for ten years. Love everything about this branch and PNC in general. I've had accounts at other banks previously but will stay with PNC for the long run. Everyone at this branch has been helpful and friendly in whatever transactions we do.

Stay Away terrible service. Had to reach customer service today. I was calling from Europe. I waited over 20 minutes on an over seas phone call. If you need customer service STAY AWAY. Talking to Ira was a total waste of time, no help just excuses.
