INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! - I was so impressed by the level of detail in the process. I don't know exactly how much work goes on behind the scenes at a busy mortgage office, but I know it's a lot of work. This office and the staff made everything easy to understand, easy to complete, and fun to do. I had a lot of questions but they were easily answered after reading the emails and watching the videos they provided before I even asked! Each person in the process (mortgage officer, support staff, title company) was friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless. I have done multiple deals with Thom and his staff. Each were a bit unique and he took the time to explain each one in detail. The honesty is what stands out most.
