PNC Bank N Harrison St, Princeton

Terrible experience. ATM swallowed my debit card. no proper response from bank.

Great bank! -- My family and I opened accounts at this bank a year ago and have been very impressed with the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. The bank offered us a free safe deposit box (self-service, so you don't have to wait for someone to "get the keys"), and pays us a much higher interest rate than the bank we used to use. The hours are a lot better than our old bank too. What's not to like?

Convenient branch for simple transactions, but counter - productive if one needs more serious banking services. I have banked with PNC since they bought Chemical, and the Nassau St and US206 branches have usually been effective for my needs. I would avoid this branch as internal communication is poor and they seem to take long lunches.

I am not a customer however I was considering changing my bank to a more convenient location. I went into the PNC bank in the Princeton Shopping Center to request a roll of quarters. The teller told me that she could not do the transaction since I was not a customer. I just wonder how do they expect to get new customers when then could not even do a SIMPLE transaction for a potential one. Needless to say, I will never bank at PNC!

This branch is absolutely terrible. They basically tried to extort me for a check I deposited twice by accident. Both girls who helped me were virtually useless and didn’t know what they were talking about. My balance was put in the negatives of the check amount and they told me I had to pay the whole thing, even though the bank had already retracted the check. The PNC on Nassau Street fixed this problem for me effortlessly and did not try to extort me, so I will NEVER EVER be going to this branch again for help. I highly recommend avoiding at all costs, especially considering this wasn’t my first problem with them, but it was the nail in the coffin.

When you get to know the bankers, they are extremely friendly, know their products well and are always available to help. I now have such a great relationship I can call or email several of them with any issue and they fix it immediately. Unfortunately, through the years some new hires are not up to PNC standards and those are the unfriendly, inept, or people that are usually not very long. The manager Joe Pronesti is extremely capable and is always there to help.

Rude workers in the drive thru. Garbage customer service, long wait times with poor communication. Bad Branch.

I hate this branch, I hate that they take you into the office just to cash your check or withdrawal your money and they take their sweet time like you have all the time in the world to sit there with them. Its aggravating. I only come to this branch because it's closer to my job,now I have travel to a different branch that's out my way from now on. 👎🏾

They lost my paperwork on a line of credit and when I cancelled the loan they put it through anyway and charged me additional monies. The assistant manager is awful.
