TD Bank Nassau St, Princeton

Great experience and customer service. The manager Pammi was very helpful and and took her time to explain the benefits of our current accounts. We've great experience at this branch with other staff as well, they are polite, patient and diligent.

From the first moment I walked into this branch of TD Bank located near the campus at Princeton University I felt I had found a bank that was perfect for my needs. I have been a clent now for two and half years and the service has been a sold A. The manager of the store Pammi Jaggi made me feel right at home on my first day and assisted me in the paperwork for both my business and personal accounts. The staff that have been a delight to work with because of their initiative and skill in handling my questions, particularly Joseph Fulciniti and Bouchra Mraihy have been helpful in every way, never getting impatient with my questions or banking needs. The Lobby is large and comforting with coffee and a large couch that makes it easy to wait if there are other customers. I highly recommend this Store. Steve Mariotti

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff, they really go above and beyond of their duties to assist clients, both with personal and business accounts. The best TD branch by far! Also a very cozy and a comfortable atmosphere. Staff and their service is the best by far!

They are only sweet talking with you during account opening ,after that the customer service is extremely bad and rude

Stopped by to open an account (on a Sunday, when all other banks are usually closed!) Pammi, the VP/Manager was very nice, super helpful, and informative. Told me everything I needed to know before I even asked, mentioned options I didn't even know I had. Excellent service all around!

These people begged me to open a credit card while on my break and I did. I paid 500 to open the account. While going through chemo they closed my account for one missed payment and continued to report to credit agency as of 2020 as an open paid account when the account was closed a year ago. They scam people for their money with those credit cards and should be heavily fined. It’s my money how you closed my account ?

I made a deposit 8 days ago into this ATM and it is still on hold with no explanation and two phone calls to this branch, one assuring me that it would be dealt with by today (it has not been). Although I’ve had great experiences speaking to people and getting help in the past at other TD Bank locations, I feel that this one could do some work on customer service.

One of the best staff members i have ever deal with. Everything is great about this branch. Never seen such an outstanding person.

Too bad there is not a "zero star" option. Stay away from TD Bank if possible. It looks like that they try to solve your problem if you have an issue with your account, but actually they just try to keep your account open so they can take more money from it.
