I thought this bank was excellent! I called them, got an appointment same day, opened an Account with no fuss whatsoever. Brittany was very pleasant and did a very good job helping me, and all the other staff were nice too. It does help that PNC is an innovative bank. I already have the Virtual Wallet and Zelle, plus 3 accounts in 1! The location for me is excellent, right on the Thread, you can walk or cycle there. Ample parking for drivers. No complaints from me!

I moved recently and sadly had to close my account, amazing service tho. A really great bank! And the lady who helped me close my account went above and beyond! Sadly I'm terrible with names so I cannot give full credit where it is due, but she did an amazing job!

Definitely recommend this branch over the one on the other side of town. I've always received prompt and friendly service here and can't necessarily say the same for the other branch.

PNC NEVER can help you. Leaving the bank today.... couldnt do a home loan in less than 50 days closing in January.... so went with Ameris Bank who I dont even have an account with. TODAY I CALLED 1 MIN AFTER OPENING AND THEY ARE BOOKED FOR THE DAY??? CANT SEE ME TIL MONDAY? Goodbye.

I started going to this bank about a month ago i noticed as soon as i walked into the bank that there wasnt anyone to help and when i did get help i had been waiting for about 15 minute's and when i did get help it was ok. Weeks went by and i need to deposit cash it took about 15 minutes for that then i go up to ask for a penny rolls to count my change because they dont have a coin machine to count it and her customer walkes outside to do something at the ATM so i walk to her after waiting and befour i could even ask she told me im still with this customer you can wait. So i withdrawn all my funds and left dont go here it is a horrable bank that needs professional help

All of the people that I have met here are nice. There are not many customers and many of the offices appear empty.
